Returns

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration not caused by us.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@maple-chic.com.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement depending on availability and the nature of the issue. In certain cases, returning the item may not be required.
Replacement items are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders
If your package appears to be lost in transit:

We will assist by opening an investigation with the carrier
If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a 35 CAD fee may be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
Under Canadian consumer guidelines, you may request cancellation before your order has shipped.
